The service

KumbayAI provides a web interface and a relay that connect you to AI assistants running on your own devices. The beta is offered free of charge, as is, and may change or be interrupted.

Your account

Keep your password and authenticator app safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Two-factor authentication is required.

Your AI services

You connect your own AI services (API keys or your own logins). Your use of them is governed by their terms and billed by them. KumbayAI is not affiliated with those providers.

Acceptable use

Do not use KumbayAI to break the law, to attack or overload the service, or to access devices or accounts that are not yours. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your data

Your chats, files and keys stay on your devices; see the privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, KumbayAI is not liable for indirect damages or for the output of the AI services you use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Portuguese or EU law.
